Create a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment providing instruction to adults with diverse learning needs. The Education Resource Specialist provides responsive, courteous, and professional customer service. This position will work with the Continuing Education Team to generate and maintain Continuing Education learning targets/outcomes and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Must demonstrate expertise in differentiating instruction and knowledge about IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act). Monitors program activities in relationship to established program goals; ensures alignment with established program parameters and tailors programming accordingly. Will collaborate with Adult and Higher Education division team members, community stakeholders, and educational partners to support and execute special projects and events.
Under the general supervision of the Athletic Coordinator and Tribal School Principal, the Head Coach, will lead the Team, guiding the development of skills, strategies/tactics, and values for each grade level consistent with The Muckleshoot Tribal School mission and values, teaching/training JV program coaches as needed for program alignment.
Under general supervision, teaches and instructs pre-school children in a curriculum of pre-academic social, adaptive, communication, and motor skills.
Under administrative direction of the Muckleshoot Tribal School Principal, this position provides educational and student development leadership for the Tribal School; plans, organizes and evaluates programs and services and promotes communication with students, parents, staff and the community for educational effectiveness.

Under general supervision, teaches and instructs children of varying abilities, including those with special needs, disabilities, or delays in academic, social, behavioral, and other educational skill areas; counsels, disciplines, and supervises to meet the individual needs of assigned students based on adopted guidelines and the rules and regulations governing early childhood special education and/or early intervention services; evaluates student performance and progress and makes necessary referrals to other early intervention/special education personnel.

The Guidance Counselor works with students on vocational and career development and on personal and social growth activities. The Guidance Counselor is expected to work cooperatively with the Muckleshoot Community and Tribal School staff in the development of counseling and guidance activities that meet the individual and unique needs of the Tribal School students and community. The Tribal School Guidance Counselor reviews and monitors student academic programs; transcripts and assessments. The Tribal School Guidance Counselor ensures that student grades and credits are recorded correctly. The Tribal School Guidance Counselor provides instruction in related guidance areas and provides support to teachers and students.

Provides mental health services to individuals, families, couples, and groups at the Muckleshoot Behavioral Health Program. Services will be located at a mental health outpatient clinic and also include outreach to various community settings.
