Under administrative direction of the Muckleshoot Tribal School Principal, this position provides educational and student development leadership for the Tribal School; plans, organizes and evaluates programs and services and promotes communication with students, parents, staff and the community for educational effectiveness.
Under supervision, - assists lead teacher with instructional activities to provide learning experiences to individual and small groups of students.
Under direct supervision, provides guidance, supervision and leadership to children participating in the Muckleshoot Summer Camp Program.
Under general supervision, teaches and instructs children of varying abilities, including those with special needs, disabilities, or delays in academic, social, behavioral, and other educational skill areas; counsels, disciplines, and supervises to meet the individual needs of assigned students based on adopted guidelines and the rules and regulations governing early childhood special education and/or early intervention services; evaluates student performance and progress and makes necessary referrals to other early intervention/special education personnel.
Under general supervision, teaches and instructs pupils in culturally appropriate academic, social, behavioral and other educational skill areas; counsels, disciplines and supervises to meet the individual needs of assigned students; evaluates student performance and progress as required for state and federal accountability.
Under supervision, performs paraprofessional-level health care duties in the Tribe’s Health Clinic.

The Placement coordinator is responsible for all placement coordination efforts for Muckleshoot children in need of placement through the Muckleshoot Children and Families Services (MCFS) program. This position serves the Muckleshoot Children and Families Services program as a whole. This position will work collaboratively with the MCFS Foster Home Licensor in assisting recruitment of foster placement within the Muckleshoot community.
This position is responsible for receiving, screening, evaluating, and investigating reports or incoming calls of concern and response times of all reported allegations of child abuse, neglect, self-neglect, abandonment, and/or exploitation reported to MCFS or incoming from CPS; serves as a prevention outreach advocate; performs related work as required.
Under the direction of the Housing Executive Director, the Comptroller is accountable for the planning, organization, direction and control of the Accounting activities within the Housing Authority programs which includes Mortgage and Consumer Loan Servicing; Rental, Elder Construction and HUD funded grant projects. The incumbent will operate with substantial freedom in performing senior management level administrative, professional and technical work in order to implement the goals of the Muckleshoot Housing Authority.
The Tribal School Guidance Counselor provides culturally appropriate and effective student, individual and group academic counseling and guidance activities. The Guidance Counselor works with students on vocational and career development and on personal and social growth activities.
