Under the supervision of the Building Official, this individual performs a variety of routine and complex technical review and inspections on new and existing construction projects, installation methods, and materials to ensure conformance with Tribal Building codes and regulations; examine construction drawings and specifications; approve, sign, and maintain building inspections documents; provides related information and assistance to customers; and helps maintaining inspection records. Works with applicants, Planning, Public Works, and Construction Management staff on all building related items and issues stop work orders when required to do so.
