They are responsible for ensuring fair and honest gaming and ensuring compliance in any regulated activities conducted by the Tribe’s gaming operations on the reservation. RSI Agents act under the authority of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, the Tribal/State Compact, and the Muckleshoot Gaming Ordinance.
