The Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional member of the Elders In-Home Services support team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/LPN and Manager. This position performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The home health aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. Under general administrative direction, manages Tribal Intergovernmental Affairs, the Muckleshoot Charity Fund, and public relations matters using all forms of media and communication to build, maintain, educate, and manage the treaty rights and reputation of the Tribe with other jurisdictions, elected and appointed officials, interested members of the public, voluntary organizations, businesses and all other persons and organizations having contact with the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.
This position supervises residents of the Adult Recovery House, a 24/7 residential facility for patients in early recovery from addiction.

Under the direction of the Tribal Council, the Chief Legal Counsel is responsible for all legal matters involving the Muckleshoot Tribe, including all governmental and business activities. Areas of oversight include management of the Office of the Tribal Attorney and all outside counsel retained by the Tribe.
