Under general supervision, provides a variety of clerical support services for TGA, such as providing specialized, technical or program-specific information. Provides outstanding front-facing customer service to all patrons/employees entering the TGA/Licensing area. Assists Licensing Investigators with licensing needs for vendors, employees, and potential employees of the gaming properties.

Required: High School diploma or GED. Three (3) years of experience in an office/administative environment, to inlcude one (1) year of accounting and cash handling experience. One (1) year of Casino experience.
Preferred: Experience with NAV data entry software.
Special Requirements: Incumbents must be able to pass a background investigation; meet the criteria for a gaming license and pass a pre-employment drug test.
