Under general supervision, is responsible for assisting in the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, and all visitors of the Tribe.

Skilled in: Understanding and following written and verbal instructions; Writing investigative reports; Working independently; Making independent sound decisions; Operation of necessary equipment including a two-way radio and motor vehicle. Emergency preparedness training and understanding. Must be familiar with administrative duties, (i.e. computer skills, filing, report writing, etc.) Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud in the field.
